The Ticket Master is responsible for handling all ticket sales for applicable Fox Valley Orchestra events via online, mail order, and in person transactions. The Ticket Master will also handle ticket purchases at performances. This person should be able to answer the Box Office telephone and respond to messages for either ticket sales, or for general inquiries. They will assist in the operation of the Ticket Office including mailings, and will help in resolving customer seating issues at performances.
The House Manager is responsible for securing and directing ushers at all FVO performances when the event venue does not provide their own. He or she will also ensure proper setup and teardown of lobby signage and merchandise at all events. The House Manager will also handle patron issues that arise at performances.
